You must be a soul winner because soul winning was the FIRST COMMAND of Jesus Christ to all of us, His disciples.
The first thing Jesus told His disciples when he met them was:
...Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. (Matthew 4:19)
The whole idea of taking Peter and John away from their learned trade of fishing was to make them harvesters of souls.
