You must be a soul winner so that God will be gracious and bless you.
When you win souls, God will bless you because he wants His salvation to be known to all nations. God will make His face shine on you because you are a soul winner.

God be gracious to us and bless us, And cause His face to shine upon us- Selah. That Your way may be known on the earth, Your salvation among all nations.
