You must be a soul winner because the divine balance of ministry shows that 20% of all ministry is for evangelism.

The Scripture is clear that one out of the five primary ministries of apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers and evangelists is dedicated entirely to the winning of the lost. In our modern ministry, far less than 20% of all ministry is dedicated to evangelism. In reality, almost all ministry is dedicated to pastoring and prophesying to the existing prosperous and overfed sheep.

Ephesians 4:11
